House Price Break in Flushing?

No open houses this weekend, but a possible deal. This single-family home in Flushing, off Sanford Ave, has been on the market for a couple months or more. Every time I see the listing the price has slide down a bit. It’s FSBO and I’m guessing that impatience has lowered the floor. Any one with details? It’s a good location in Flushing on Auburndale border and sounds like a good price.

Looks like the house was in the neighborhood of Auburndale, close to Bayside and just off Francis Lewis Boulevard.

Unfortunately, I didn’t see a FOR SALE sign. This is close to  this weekend’s  open house pick.
