		<description>Perhaps, though I was simply summarizing what was in the article provided by the reporter at the Queens Gazette.  That being said, I can understand how you may have come to your conclusion in this case, Dan. As you can see when you click on the Joey in Astoria link, you find this comment:

"Matt - if you're sure that you're talking about the same property that's in the article, you should tell that reporter that she's got her facts wrong."

He then said he'd contact the reporter.  I hope he did.  Glad he contacted us so that we could be corrected as well.

Regardless, I think the whole story is fascinating. I do enjoy hearing the stories behind these old homes and glad people are sharing them.</description>
