However, I'm not sure I'd want to live there. It looks as if the new one will be a different finish...maybe stucco. We will continue to see lots of similer developement in this area where the zoning is R6 which usually allows up to 8 units per each 25x100 lot. In 5-10 years astoria will look a lot different. I think this castle is funny. It's actually built of real brick and is well done. But clearly it's comical. But not in a bad way. I would smile every single time I passed it.
