OuterB on Queens Real Estate

Seems like Karl Fischer is on the tips of bloggers’ tongues this week! I, too, was compelled to check out their site after reading Brownstoner. The architectural firm has a development going up in Long Island City, a residential and hotel project. Listed on the site is a confusing address, but I believe it’s going up at 29-42 41st Ave. near Queens Plaza.

It looks like there will be 26 stories, 10 of which are to comprise the hotel, and the others will be residential . From the artist’s rendering, it looks like quite a monolith. It is expected to be completed in 2008.
