OuterB on Queens Real Estate

OK, for some reason I really like the name, “Malba“, the neighborhood in the Whitestone area in Northeast Queens. For a long time, it was hard to snag a home for sale in this exclusive neighborhood, but currently there is this one, which goes for $1,899,000. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and is on an oversize lot (100 x 87). There must be a lot of trees between it and the water because it advertises winter water views. It is a beautiful looking home and I’m sure it would make someone very happy.
