I wish More Park was true. Jackson Heights ranks next to last in parks when you compare City Council districts, and that's a technicality. The district that ranks 51st runs up to Fifth Avenue, across th street from Central Park. What some people call private parks are private gardens or back yards. Billy Burg meet Jack Heights is funny.
