		<description>just a FYI the location is in forest hills, not rego park.  quite far from rego, in fact!  just so no one gets lost/confused...

and michaels is good for hobbists, kids, artists, designers,etc.</description>

		<description>I think it's great that TJs is coming to Queens.  Just wish it was more convenient via subway, though I know the bus goes there.  I hope it won't be as nuts as the Union Square location, too.</description>

		<description>I think people like to be crafty, especially women.  They also sell a lot of cake decorating supplies; I bought a great offset spatula there which is perfect for icing cupcakes (I love cupcakes!).  There's also cheap yarn, which is great for those who knit or crochet.  They have a ton of other things for all your crafting needs.

I remember reading that knitting was revived shortly after 9-11 and became hugely popular, because it's a comforting, familiar, stable activity.  I wonder if crafting is similar.</description>
